Stay away from these complete scammers,they have a blag shop on bold street liverpool ,they scammed my 86 year old dad out of 2 grand and never came to do work,and was pressuring him for more only my sister came home,just wish it was me ,nothing more than thieves,if you scammers read this give my dad his money back.

Had to give a star in order to leave a review.

Ordeal has been ongoing for 4.5+ years and still not over. I got my garden paved with indian stone which was not installed correctly. It took 4 years for them to return to put the job right. Numerous no shows and fobbed off, had to go around the houses in order to get sorted.

Due to my garden being unable to be used for such a long time I have asked for compensation, a request which has been ignored.

I would ask anyone considering this company for home improvements to reconsider. They are unreliable, terrible at communication and are do not complete good work.

Do not put yourself through it - stay away from this company

If I could give zero stars, I would. They have not only left our home cosmetically in a worse state than before, but also it is unsafe. The door is a safety hazard with locking mechanism on show, there is large gap between the door and frame which the company say is - normal- and yet I have never seen any other front door like this and I even offered for them to show me another normal door like ours within a 30 mile radius and I would drive to that location ... but to no avail. The windows have gaps and workmanship can best be described as extremely poor! The house is colder than before and their lack of care for the customer is evident through their lack of communication. Be aware once you complain you will be ignored, leaving you with no other option than to go down a legal route! Oh and also the positive reviews on their Facebook page come from their own workmen! Please do not use and be left with the stress that we are having.

I had my facias, soffits, gutters, downpipes replaced. The work was completed on schedule and to a good standard. Would use THI again.

Bay Windows Replaced an old patio sliding door

Had patio sliding door changed to full ‘wall’ of windows - upper windows & lower windows (would normally be brick) plus side opening windows. Brilliant Job Done - installers were excellent & friendly. When we had a ‘manufactures’ problem it was identified & resolved very quickly with communication all the way through.
From Martin coming out to take our order to it being finished to our satisfaction was all done brilliantly & would recommend THI to friends & family to use for their windows.
