I am experienced in Effective and Leading Psychotherapy, Counselling, Coaching, Educational Training, Teaching and Leadership and provide a unique range of services and support.

I have spent 10 years working as a counsellor, psychotherapist and coach, and 18 years working as a Teacher, Head of Department and Leader in Schools.

I also have a wealth of exceptional training and life experience to draw from to enable my clients to progress and change. My focus is entirely on you, the client, your growth, your development and your wellness.
