I aim to offer a relationship in which you are free to be completely you and a space to feel safe, heard and accepted. Having been through therapy myself, I understand how daunting the process can be, it is not easy, I can support you every step of the way as we work together to try and achieve the peace, the acceptance or whatever it is you are striving for.

Perfect balance of personable and professional. I feel I could bring any topic to the session as Sam is so accepting and open minded - whether that be a specific difficulty or just weekly ups and downs. Whatever problem I discuss, I always leave a session with a lot more clarity around it.

Sam, I just want to (once again) thank you for the major role you have played in my healing process.
My counselling sessions with you provided an invaluable opportunity for me to express my thoughts, feelings and with your perfect feedback, (mostly by questioning), to immediately be able to mindfully reflect on where I was at, at each stage of my prostate and melanoma cancer/s journey.

It's been a difficult 23 months and it's also been an invaluable and humbling lesson in life values...and today...I am 'in remission'!
