I have been coming to Zen for over a year now and I am always happy with my nails. They are always friendly, fun and lovely to me. Thank you guys for always being lovely and doing my nails exactly how I love them!

They never do the nails as requested, and do their own spin on it. Always ask for natural French tips but never do the job. Staff are always rude and moody, always feel like they are speaking bad about me behind my back. Really uncomfortable and not worth it at all

Terrible customer service. I am a regular customer and I have been treated like nothing. I couldn’t turn up to a appointment and I got shouted at over the phone that he is busy. Visited the shop on the same day and spoke about how they talk to a customer is not acceptable. Owner said to me to chuck away the loyalty card in the bin. Very very disappointed. There prices are also tricky in a way. And upon asking about the prices they got agitated. No manners and disgusting customer service. They force you to get shellac and if you say you want acrylic they won’t treat you as a customer because you are spending. £15 only. Shrewd people (family) works there who is just making fool of customers. I request all of you who will read this review to ask about the prices between shellac and arylic. They have no patience to explain . Here they loose a regular customer which won’t make any difference to them.

Not happy & rude nail technician

very clicky staff made me feel like an inconvenience- the lady who did my nails kept asking me to relax my hand? At one point she was on her phone too - found this quite rude. I usually go to Nails 28 next to the Mitre - wish I had now - won't be returning to Zen -I felt awkward and not a valued customer at all .

Such a poor way to treat loyal clients.

Have been coming here with my daughter for ages and have given them a 5 star but was so disappointed Saturday with them that I won't be returning. I'd made 2 appointments for birthday treats for my husband and nephew to have a spa treatment. Walked in at 11 for the appointment and even though they acknowledged the appointments we were told they were too busy and couldn't do it.. How can you treat your loyal customers like that.. Such poor customer relations. Shall be going elsewhere.
