Terrible experience

Dreadful firm. Just back from Bristol. The Clayton Hotel recommended this firm. We were charged £75 to our destination. When we queried it with the driver, we were told that was what the firm charge. The driver then gave us his personal mobile number and offered to take us back for £60 if we rang him direct. We hired a Uber and got back for £24!!!!! The firm were not even interested. Spent 2 days trying to resolve it and each time we rang were told they'd get back to us - which they never did. Absolutely appalling!!! I've only put 1 star because it won't let me give none at all.

Avoid if you want to be safe and respected

Rude call operators Agressive drivers. Poor communication dont update on times they are arriving and dont arrive at the times booked. Not a safe company and should avoid especially of using as a woman or child. Its a very rough cab firm.

Terrible

Unreliable. My taxi was late. When I called, I was told the taxi was 5 minutes away. After repeatedly phoning to find out where my taxi was, and being reassured each time that it was “five minutes away”, an hour later, the my cancelled it and ordered me a new one. When I asked how far away the new one was, they said it was five minutes away. When I questioned this, they admitted it was could be about 15 minutes away but they weren’t sure. I decided to walk.
