I've been working with The Word Hub for over four years now, in my capacity managing technical manuals, both hardware and software, for a manufacturer of precision gear metrology systems. I have found the team at Word Hub always ready to serve and very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the team's responsiveness, patience, flexibility and superb attention to detail. The technical savvy of their linguists is excellent, and their turn-around times on translations are amazing. They have never had a problem handling my manuals, which are produced in an xml editor and automatically packaged for translation by a content management system.
