The Willows Nursing Home

From the minute my grandad went into the willows care home his health started to rapidly decline. Many times we told the staff and the doctors that came to visit the residents about the medication and prescriptions he needed and each time they kept telling us that they are assessing each resident in what they need.
Each day we visited my grandad would tell us how hungry he was,so we started making him food at home and bringing it down with us to make sure he was eating.My grandad was in the willows care home for a total of 7 WEEKS before his health declined that badly and he died in there, we really wished we had chosen another care home for him to of gone into but when initially visiting the willows it was one of the better ones we had viewed.Unfortunately this was not the case which we could see each day we were visiting(we visited my grandad everyday while he was there, we visited we could see that there was lack of care given to residents due to there not being nearly enough staf
