The Wellness Studio in Sleaford offers at home massage therapy with a wide range of treatments from around the world. We also provide onsite massage therapy for individuals in need, larger scale events and even work events. From pregnancy massage, to post surgery massage, we tailor each service to the needs of the client and their ailments. Manual lymphatic drainage massage is another service that we offer which has many benefits such as improving circulation.

Great relaxing atmosphere. I've had seated massages, and my back and shoulders done. Sarah is very knowledgeable and helps you to unwind. 10/10 would visit again

A wonderful lady! I met Sarah at a Wellness Event yesterday where we were both exhibiting! I must say she was back to back with clients all day! Lovely Swedish massage from Sarah. The massage bed was heated, I was given a choice of music and oils - which was great because I have sensitive skin. I've been for many massages in both spas and beauty salons and this massage was well worth the money paid. I have a lot of tension across my shoulders and a lot of knotting, but Sarah certainly knew what she was doing to help relieve these areas. I felt very relaxed and calm afterwards. Would highly recommend!
