Paid 80.00 for a filling, in so much pain, seen lady dentist to correct it, still not corrected, contacted them numerous times can be seen in 6 weeks, and no further contact

Having been a very nervous patient, I was made to be at ease by the excellent receptionist, Courtney &all the wonderful staff, I wouldn’t hesitate it recommending anyone to visit them, in fact I have done so.

Unbelievable service, very personal, brilliant and simple. And a special mention to Nurse Lisa who without her understanding, I would have had a different tale to tell. I have been undergoing a course of treatment recently to receive dentures, and on the morning of a big awards ceremony, they needed to be sent away for further repair. Lisa and I were talking about this and she could sense my upset at the outcome, she took it upon herself to ask if there was anything temporary that could be done as she understood the importance to me, and the confidence it would give me to have teeth in place for a big occasion. Sure enough later that day, I was called back for an appointment and temporary teeth fitted, and this allowed me to grow in confidence, feel happy, and able to smile again, and enjoy a wonderful evening. Without Lisa's intervention and dentist Sindhu, it would have been different. Thank you again for what you did, means so much to me. A personal, brilliant service. Thank you
