We are a small family run business. We carry a large stock of good quality watch batteries and straps that can be fitted on our premises while you wait by a qualified watchmaker.
A Fourth Generation Horologist with British Horological Institute Qualifications and over 40 years experience in the trade. Specialising in the restoration and repair of Antique and Grandfather Clocks. All watch and clock repairs are carried out on the premises,

We pride ourselves on our commitment to provide a professional and speedy service at all times, whilst maintaining the highest quality of work. We take on all types of jobs from small repairs to larger commercial projects, all carried out on our premises to the highest standards by a British Horological Institute qualified Horologist, while maintaining very competitive prices.

A first rate repair conducted in a trustworthy manner.
5It was agreed that a service would be the starting point and depending on the findings we would be advised as whether it was viable to continue the repairs. We were given an estimate and his ended up as the price paid. The watch keeps perfect time now and other parts were replaced besides just the service. We had previous experience elsewhere of a repair to the same watch and the repair price here was less expensive by some margin. Excellent service and repair has been our experience here.

Excellent Service from The Watch Box
5I called The Watch Box yesterday and arranged to bring the watch to them today. They were able to complete the change of batteries and remove a link within a couple of hours.
I've now got a happy wife and a watch shop that I will certainly be using again. Thank you The Watch Box.
