The Wardrobe

Just had a very dissatisfying experience. My mum bought an entire outfit (dress, shoes, bag and hat) from The Wardrobe for a wedding. Due to an unexpected surgery, the shoes are no longer suitable, yet the staff would not even offer a credit note, never mind a refund! After being a loyal customer for the last number of years, it is very disappointing that the shop could not have helped during this stressful time.

From the minute mum and I entered the shop we were made to feel like the only people ever to need wedding outfits. Karen was amazing , honest and absolutely knows body shapes. I was sorted with outfit , hat, bag and shoes in no time. I tried on dresses I’d never have looked at had I not had the complete attention of Karen, I felt fabulous and cannot wait to show it off at my daughters wedding this year. My mum also left with a complete outfit and looked absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend The Wardrobe enough, such a daunting experience made simple. I will definitely be back as the non wedding clothes are also fabulous. Thank you so much for your help you were amazing .

Excellent shopping experience for Mother of Groom. Heather was so encouraging for me to try on different styles. She picked out a few things for me to try. The first thing I put on was just me. Loved it immediately. Felt so comfortable wearing it. For Heather and her team nothing was a problem. She made me feel like the outfit I picked was just made for me.
