The Village Florist

I had fantastic help from the ladies at village florist who helped me majorly and provided me with amazing wedding flowers. much more than i could of imagined! definitely recommend

I recently ordered a bouquet of roses for my wife. I chose the Village Florist as the picture on the website looked like just what I wanted, it had 4-5 banana leaves, hypericum, and eucalyptus with 12 beautiful red roses. Expensive, but pretty.
What was delivered was 12 rather sorry looking roses with one leaf and some plastic bead headed pins. I could have gotten better from the Garage for half the price.
I complained and was reassured that a replacement would be delivered the next morning. After 12 I rang and was told the driver had tried to deliver to the wrong address and returned the bouquet to the shop.
Rather than wait several hours for the next delivery I went to the shop and was given a reasonable bouquet v similar to the on-line one (no eucalyptus). That is my problem solved.
Disappointingly, in the shop were several more bouquets, just like the one I had returned.
So the point of this review; check that what is delivered is what you ordered!

The wedding flowers that I ordered from the village florist were outstanding. They were perfect and the flowers were beautiful. The service that was given was brilliant and could not be faulted.

I required flowers for a family funeral, the staff were excellent through the help given in choice of flowers and were able to accommodate my preferences.
The after-sales service was also very personal in the fact that I purchased the flowers and did not have to worry about anything else as they did it all for me.
On attendance of the funeral (as had not seen the flowers), where they were laid out, they were absolutely beautiful and could not have asked for anything better to suit.
Many thanks to all of the staff at The Village Florist and if require flowers in the future, I will most certainly be using your services again.
