AWFUL EXPERIENCE

This place is awful. The toilets were filthy with no soap or handwash. There was a sign on the door telling us to keep the door shut instead of complaining about the cold. The DJ announced that there were kids in the buffet room and that the staff are not there to look after our kids (he was right but there are ways to say it), the music the DJ played was ok earlier in the night but as soon as people started dancing, he put on awful music with lots of inappropriate language, despite there being lots of children there. Most of the guests left early because of the DJ and I certainly would never go back there for any function.

Rude management!!

Management and staff are absolutely disgusting, they speak to their customers like dirt of the bottom of there shoe.
Once the room is done it actually looks nice and it’s a shame they haven’t got the staff to go with it, nothing but jokes and wouldn’t book here again. They have the staff doing abit of everyone ( the dj is also the door staff) who is awful and is dressed asif he’s just running the Asda! Song selection is awful nothing to pick from when he’s even in the dj box and yet again the management are vile even when your right in what you’re saying they insist you’re wrong! They obviously don’t like the truth. I could go on about how bad the management is but I couldn’t possibly fit it in this box.
Would not recommend whatsoever!
