We are a dedicated practice based on the Lee High Road in Lewisham, SE London.

The practice has fully equipped preparation and operating facilities with modern anaesthetic and monitoring equipment. Our in-house laboratory allows us to run blood and urine tests for rapid results.

We have up-to-date diagnostic equipment such as x-ray, ultrasound scanner and ECG so that we can quickly recognise and treat your pets condition.

Money more important than pet care and customer service

Poor reception service. Made mistakes in the past. Seem focused on money rather than care of our cat. After 8 years we’re moving to a vets that will provide better care for our cat and good customer service. Had enough of feeling liking an idiot talking to unprofessional staff who have awful phone manner too. Shame.

Outstanding service

What a great vets. All the stuff at this vets Beresford Capps has restored my faith in vets. The stuff our compassionate, great with the animals, I was very pleased with the highly skilled surgery my dog had done on the 23/1/21. Outstanding work guys keep up all the great work you all do at this very Challenging time. I can’t Thank you enough for all you done for my Dog and my family our so grateful for what you done.

Wonderful caring Vets ...

Highly professional vets and nurses, all pets treated with compassion and transparency. I have been a client of this practice for more than 15 years and wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. During the Covid19 pandemic they have remained open with necessary safeguards for both owners and themselves, as usual the animals health is the priority. Thank you 🙏

Fantasic Vet

After 20 years of feeling let down by a whole series of vets Beresford Capps has restored my faith in the profession. He is compassionate, great with the animals, highly skilled as a surgeon and very knowledgeable. He has been particularly marvellous at caring for my very old cats. I trust him completely and could not recommend him highly enough. The admin staff have also always been very helpful and caring.
