Used 3 years in a row, let down on last two pre MOT services so would not use again. Year 2 was not advised it needed any parts until it failed MOT on a part that could not be sourced same day causing me to lose a days earnings. Discovery the next day that it was a bulb not the suggested whole indication wing mirror left a nasty taste. Decided to try again this year specifically arranging pre mot full service 1 week before the MOT & asked to be updated with any work needed. Received car’s ready, On collection was told brake fluid needed topping up, brakes & tyres were needing replacement! Asked if they could top up brake fluid & how urgently needed doing & prices, was refused as they had pulled car out of the workshop! stated safe to drive but with 80% worn brakes & seriously cracked tyre walls they’d do work before MOT following week! I had car checked over independently and brakes were less than 50% worn, 1 tyre had mild degrading crack which I did after the MOT to spread cost.

This was my first experience of the V.W. Service Centre. My initial telephone enquiry was dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner and I was provided with a competitive fixed price quotation for the work to be done. My vehicle was even collected and returned to my home, making the whole process painless. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly be coming back. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with a VW that no noe could resolve. Ian at the above not only found the problem but repaired it and charged a very fair rate. We have been dealing with repairers for over 20 years with mostly dissapointing results. Had a major problem with a VW, no one could fix it. I use The VW Service Centre in Gosport for maintaining my VW Golf TDI. I would never go anywhere else as the technicians there are honest and trustworthy; not ripping you off like other garages and not quoting for work that does not need to be done! After bad exeperiences with other garages not fixing problems I have had with the car, the VW Service Centre rectified the problem straight away.
I would definately recommend to my family and friends, and thank you to everyone at the VW Service Centre!
