The Towers

What an amazing place,had my son’s 18th birthday party last night , the night was perfect thanks to the efficient staff who were very friendly and helped the night run perfectly, the food was outstanding absolutely delicious, thankyou to all the staff you were all amazing, made some precious memories and will definitely have parties here again .

I have been to the Towers on several occasions !! Weddings, parties and even a christening. Every time I have been the service has been fantastic, the staff were very helpful and catered for my every need. On top of all this I have made myself a member and try as visit as much I can for a game of snooker and Pool 😬,

I can now tell why they only have a one star eho star rating the place is dirty and so run down the staff are rude and the whole place needs to be bulldozed to the grown.

Christmas dinner disgusting menu said there were trimmings with this but no there was not, frozen veg and cooked so much that the Brussels could not be eaten,one waitress was so rude to one guest on our table that she had to go outside for a few moments, not all the desserts that we had pre ordered arrived and were told by the rude waitress that the dessert that was thrown infront of one guest you will have to have that because that was all that was left, the lady did not have that because she is vegetarian and the dessert was not suitable after the waitress had checked. Onto coffee lukewarm,tasteless and then to top it all we had a bowlful of salt instead of sugar which left the most disgusting taste in your mouth. Also drinks are far to expensive, one lady left early and left about a quarter of a bottle of wine which was then taken by a member of staff and put back behind the bar,they did not even ask if it was finished with so we went and got it back after all we had paid for the bottle.
