Despicable customer service earlier on today. "Know it all", arrogant and unhelpful. Shouting and speaking over the customer. Not ideal at all and certainly not welcoming.

Wimbledon - helpful, informative and knowledgable manager Leigh and staff member Mary made my recent 1 month unlimited minutes package an unexpected genuine pleasure. Will definitely return. Already advised a friend to try and she is similarly please after just a couple of visits. Peter
