I’ve been living in the neighbourhood for a long time and I have never experienced this level of being unprofessional mixed with rudeness. It really is hard to believe how bad the manager behaved. Do not go there as they do everything to make your day horrible. I paid for a faulty service ( old, out of order lamps) and I was refused to get either minutes credit or to be refunded
