The Studio Venue Co

We have used the Studio in Manchester 3 times now for our courses and every time they offer great food and excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Poor organisation, late opening and was left waiting outside as delegates arrived and unable to set up, only 1 sheet of A4 paper provided for delegates notes for an all day training event, late food service, room layout did not meet requirements as placed chairs and tables over plug socket covers when knew would need to use them as all delegates were bringing laptops, they also tried to charge me £240 more than original quote. Not recommended.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Terrible experience at this places Manchester venue, I was here on a works away day and I had my bag taken from where their staff had told me to put it, which was almost in front of the reception, I still do not know the the thief was, one of their staff, one of my works, an outsider ???.
I had my tablet, phone, car and house keys stolen, the staff on reception were helpful enough but did look like rabbits in a headlight. The total costs to me were over £800
My real problems started when I was in contact with the management who proved themselves belligerent uncaring liars who immediately told me it had nothing to do with them and nothing to do with their insurance. Strangely later when a report appeared in the Manchester Evening News about tailgating thefts around their location their insurance did contact me!!!
Of course again it was not their fault at all.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, shoddy horrid liars.

We used the Studio for a 2 day workshop and couldn't fault it in any way. The venue is well located, very high standard, the staff are extremely helpful and customer focussed, the cost of our workshop was exceptionally competitive. I would definitely recommend this venue and we will most certainly be using The Studio again.
