Happy with stove but poor customer service

Stove works well, but final price much higher than estimate and organisation/admin was terrible. Lots of errors in the final quote. Installations are sub-contracted so wish I'd saved myself the bother and gone direct to our installer who was great (http://www.wadechimneysweep.com/). Subsequently had a problem with the stove handle and have heard nothing back from Stove Lounge in over a week. Just get lots of excuses about them being very busy.

Immediately after the install I was thinking 3 stars out of 5, but based on aftersales I have downgraded this to 2 out of 5. Would not recommend.

Excellent stove showroom

Great range of stoves and such helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thanks for all your advice my stove installation is great and we are nice and cosy now.
