In April 2014, Sutton Football Academy became the latest addition to The Sports Village. Our football academy offers a range of courses and activities for players aged 11 & under.
Our excellent facility is run by an enthusiastic team of four fully-qualified FA coaches who have gained their coaching experience while working with some of our local football clubs and leagues.
We have a specially-designed mini soccer pitch with a playing area of 42 x 33 metres, and a 2 metre run-off area throughout. This area can also be used as two smaller pitches with dimensions of 33 x 17 metres, which is a normal five-a-sde size and suitable for a training group of 12 players.
The new facility is available for school use, and we offer football birthday parties on the weekends. We also work with Chelsea Football Club and Sutton United.
