I was quoted for a home move including a packing service. I confirmed this in writing 5 days before moving. On the day two chaps turned up in a hire by the hour van and 10 cardboard boxes. They had been told they were only there to load and unload the van.

At the end of the day, the main office demanded I make the payment in full. They acknowledged I had not received the service I had been quoted but claimed it was justified due to the distance of the move! Only after pointing out repeatedly they had not carried out the service (full packing) I had been quoted in writing did they offer to knock off a measly £50.

Poor customer service from Head Office. Moving house is stressful enough without having to worry about if they will be able to provide the service on the day.
The move took hours longer than expected due to us packing whilst the men loaded the van.

Other quotes for the same were £25 more with 3 men to help. I sincerely regret choosing this company for my house move.
