The Shed Factory

Really great company - did a great job on delivering and installing my 16ft by 8 ft cabin. The guys who installed it were very polite and professional - I highly recommend if you are looking for a great company to supply your shed - these are definitely the guys to go with.

Shed factory have zero interest in providing a good customer experience. No aftercare or follow up to see if issues raised have been resolved. I paid for installation and liased with shed factory regarding my specific circumstances. They promised the world and failed to deliver the service on the day. I am left with a half installed product that cannot be used. Would not recommend to anyone and I certainly shall not be using them again.

Just suffered the most horrendous customer experience with this company. Extortionate exchange rates and roaring down the phone if you disagree with them. Avoid on principal because you will be avoiding on price for sure.

Well after those high winds etc I thought I dodged it all without any issues but to my horror part of my shed roof came off (the felt that is) so I contacted the Shed factory direct (Glen road) and spoke to a Lady who checked my files and although the shed was done over a year and a half ago there was no quibble about a repair and to my surprise they were out within days, fitted new felt, job done, no arguments just a really good service, truly they stand by their product even though they could have said it was an act of God or some other get out clause they didn't. I have recommended the Shed factory to a few of my friends before (and one actually bought from them) and i would recommend them again. Its says on their website that they will beat any price I got a cheaper price at Hill Head Sheds and they offered a £5 reduction on that Price. When I asked if they could offer a bit more the girl on the phone was downright rude and told me no go to Hill Head Sheds. They could do with some training in communicating with the customer. If she was polite then I would have ordered with them. Says a lot about the business of the front line person communicates they way she did. Lucky escape for me. I have since taken her advice and placed my order with Hill Head Sheds. The guy on the phone at Hill Head was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
