Not worth the money!

Don't waste your time or money going here. I do not like the fact that they don't do infills, completely unnecessary to take off an re-do every single time. It's just so they can charge more. It's expensive compared to better salons. And then I specially ask for them not to do something, they completely ignored me and when and did it anyway, I was so angry and upset and hated my nails and how they looked after, my nails lasted 3 days before they started to chip. I will never go to this salon and waste my money with them again.

Eyebrows thread terrible

Terrible eyebrow threading. I regularly get my brows threaded and this was one of the worst therapists I've had to the point where I elft with one brow only 'done'. She asked me If I was happy after the first brow and I said no. It was completely in precise and fuzzy at the top of the brow. You could tell she didn't know what she was doing as she was very slow and awkward with her hand movements. Also she started plucking about 4 seconds in. I wanted a thread not a pluck! I'd recommend going to The Salon on Hatfield Road if you want a decent thread not here

Give this salon a chance and you won’t regret it.

I moved from east London to the area 3 years ago and ever since Iv been on a mission to find a new hairdressing home. The salon is it. Amy was recommended to me and I love her. My hair was a mess, Iv worn it up for too long and now with Amy and her talent I’m back to loving my hair. I didn’t actually think I would ever be hair happy again. Go see Amy and she will work her perfectionist magic.
The salon is peaceful with vibe. The service is excellent and the talent there is what Iv been looking for. Search for hairdressing home is now over. Found it!

£30 Deposit not refunded despite being told it would

I can’t speak for their actual hairdressing skills, but customer service and honesty.
I am having to chase for my deposit back after cancelling my appointment 3 weeks ago. I have been assured a few times it will be done urgently and it is not. £30 is a lot for me to lose. Be wary about booking with them, if for whatever reason you can’t make it (childcare issues for me) you will potentially lose your £30 deposit, despite being told this would be fully refunded!
