Absolutely horrific car sales company. Bought a £15,000 Suzuki from them paid 2have it delivered to our home&upon us purchasing 2 weeks before hand and arriving at our home it was covered in dents and scratches. The men were horrific 2deal with particular salesman Brad who we dealt with who was rude and dismissive, ignored all our phone calls and emails, kept promising to get the car fixed said would email us a date to book it in and then would never hear from him. Constantly calling&chasing, Brad would blame other colleagues saying “he had passed us over to body repair team” but body repair team would say they haven’t been told anything. Utterly disgraceful rude men. Tried 2call&speak with the manager but everytime you ask for the manager they say “he’s not in”. Car was also delivered to us filthy and smelling of smoke.If u want a true reflection of this company READ the 1star reviews, these are the real reviews for this company ,the other reviews are fake from the men who work there!

Awful car sales company. Bought a car from this company, paid to have it delivered to our house, when kit arrived it was covered in scratches, one huge one on bumper that looked like it had been freshly done. Brad the salesman who we had dealt with initially said he would sort it asap , then proceeded to avoided our calls, said he would get car fixed but then further ignored calls. When we called to speak to manager they would either say manager was not in or would keep transferring the call until line went dead.
Brad advised my husband he had booked the car in to be repaired in their body repair shop but when we spoke to Andy in charge of body repairs he said he knew nothing about it& Brad had said no such thing.
Having spoken to somebody else who bought a car from Roxburghe before xmas had a similar issue where the car broke down 3wks after purchase with like myself Roxburghe avoiding all calls. The car was also delivered to me filthy and smelt of smoke.AVOID at all costs.

My hubby bought Mercedes GLA and now has a massive smile on his face! We originally went for an A-Class and went away with the GLA in the end The guys where not pushy at all like at a lot of other places we've been to before. A really chilled buying experience. Obviously time will tell with the car but after the 60 mile drive home we are loving it!

From my looking on line in sunny Glasgow to driving away from the showroom in Birmingham 24hrs later, I had the most pleasant experience, worrying travelling so far but car was as described and all lads great.
