With over 15 years experience in massage therapy, I offer a number of professional massages including Swedish, Thai, Hot Stone and Reiki using the highest quality essential oils.

The Retreat Room is located in Warrenpoint, just 5 minutes outside Newry Town Center. We offer a number of holistic treatments focusing on the body, mind and spirit and we provide a serene space within a warm, beautiful, fully-equipped swedish style cabin. We offer a wide range of massage therapies tailored specifically for each individual whose aim is to recover or relax.

Top quality massage

I have been going to Ellen every couple of weeks now for the last few months. Ellen has such a friendly personality which helps make the time fly during the massage and a good laugh is always had. Ellen is very knowledgeable and was able to work out the tightness in my back and calves that has been around for years. I have been leaving every session feeling like new.
Thank you for all the hard work in finding the aches and pains and solving them.

Amazing!

Ellen provided the most wonderful massage treatment, yesterday afternoon! Everything about the treatment itself was perfect, and Ellen's extensive knowledge and training meant she was able to pinpoint and focus on any problems (problems I didn't even know I had!) after only one session. Ellen's warm and friendly personality helped to relax me even further....and the treatment venue all helped with de-stressing and switching off. An amazingly talented person, who I can't wait to see again. Thank you, Ellen 🙂

Out of this world
