The Reflexology Studio - London W13

I’m a regular client at The Reflexology Studio at it really is the highlight of my week, I look forward to it and am never disappointed. Sara somehow manages to tap into all my aches and pains and problems and so many of them are gone by the end of the session. The headspace you go to during reflexology is like nothing else. Sara is a natural and her technique is just wonderful (I’ve had reflexology lots before all over the world) I’m already counting the days to my next appointment

A friend of mine recommended I see Sara when I was overdue with my baby. I was so pleased Sara was able to see me last minute and I had a great session. I hadn't had reflexology before so didn't know what to expect but Sara was so good at explaining things and the treatment is like going on holiday, you forget all about things and drift away! It calmed me down so much and o felt so much more positive about the birth and I managed to avoid induction and I'm sure the session helped bring my labour on! Thanks again Sara - and I'll be back!!

Very happy to recommend this lovely place. Beautiful treatment room and I've had a reduction in pain and other chronic symptoms since I started seeing Sara over 6 month ago. I came to her because I read that she has NHS and cancer care experience and I've found her to be very knowledgable and committed to helping me feel my best - she is professional but very caring and always is able to make suggestions for little things I can do to feel better - like with diet changes and essential oil as well as all the wonderful reflex points some of them I can do myself at hoe after our sessions. I come regularly and feel a big difference. It's very easy is yours coming by the tube as well. All round 5 stars from me!

I started seeing Sara when I was pregnant and her lovely treatments made a real difference to the pelvis pain and insomnia I was suffering from. I had a natural birth and a quick recovery and I think it definitely played a part especially keeping me calm and relaxed. I have recommended to lots of friends.

I highly recommend having reflexology with Sara at The Reflexology Studio - she is really caring and takes time to devise a treatment and follow-up care that is right for you. It has really helped me with stress relief and migraines and I feel s relaxed and uplifted after our sessions :)
