Terrible, unprofessional experience with Refle Mobile Disco
1They also wanted to rock up and set up in the middle of the reception instead of in advance.
Then when I mentioned after these mistakes and our struggles I wasn't happy to pay in full upfront because they'd been unreliable so far they attacked me personally.
I was lucky to find a replacement at short notice given the shocking treatment from this company just 2 weeks before the wedding.
Our replacement was polite, efficient and got sorted in a couple of emails what we needed. They were also far better value.
I hate to leave negative reviews but I'd hate other brides and maid of honours to have the experience we had with The Reflex Mobile Disco.
first off I always replied to your emails. I did everything in my power and kept in constant contact. I informed you that your DJ had a death in the family and would shortly be in touch , which he was with plenty of time to spare ( months ) to go over all of your needs. You even said in the review that you had 2 weeks to find another DJ? so obviously we were in contact before that for you to change your mind etc. I was receiving emails from the maid of honour ( which we were not contracted to ) and she was the type that informed us of her current job roll and history and insisted that taking payment before hand " was not standard practice" and wanted to pay via a dated cheque after the event ( which no business in there right mind would agree to). I run a very successful business and have a team of elite DJs as well as myself. We have never ( not once ) had negative feedback and take great pride in our work.
And with regards to "They also wanted to rock up and set up in the middle of the reception instead of in advance" then early setups is something that we often provide but you need to pay for the extra working hours ( which you didnt want to pay ).
