Discovered the Quays Orthotic Practice at Burton Waters after searching on line, so pleased I did.
Booking the appointment with Hanna my first contact to see Pam coulton and after attending this first appointment I was so impressed with the clinic and the way that Pam explained the way I was moving and how she could help me.
It was explained that I was buying into a health package and not just being sold orthotics to wear that hopefully would help.
I would recommend this clinic to all people suffering from pain as they are very professional and friendly.

Back pain and no sleep

Having spent the last 16 months being woken up almost every night with lower back pain and after seeking help from just about every other avenue of so called specialists I thankfully came across Pam at Burton Waters clinic. I had seen chiropractors, osteopaths, a back specialist, sports injury massage therapists, treated with acupuncture, my own doctor had sent me for blood tests and x rays thinking it was arthritis ( only 47 years old by the way) I had tried 3 new mattresses and still I couldn't get relief from this god damn back pain until the hallelujah moment that came after having treatment by Pam. It wasn't instant but then she said it wouldn't be. Pam found a leg length discrepancy that nobody else had even thought about and over the next few weeks I underwent her treatment as too now 8 weeks later I have now had bespoke insoles made which has allowed me to get some sleep again Don't get me wrong its still early days but I am truly grateful, thanks Pam.
