The Prince Of Wales

Arriving at the Prince of Wales it was busy than we had expected but we found a table that was reserved for 6 pm (giving us almost two and a half hours to order and eat) we quickly decided what we wanted. My fiance went up to the bar and order and was told it was a 45 minute wait for food, we were happy to wait as the food look very good. An hour into out wait I had to ask the waiter how long our food was going to be only to be told ours was the next table but we still had to wait another half an hour before we received our food, we had no apology about the wait. After eating our dinner we were left with no time or patience to wait for our son pudding we had ordered that we asked for it to be cancelled, again no apology or refund. We left very disappointed by the whole experience and shocked by the rudeness as your staff seemed to not care about the customers.
