The Plough Inn

I have visited here a good few times now with my in-laws and the food is absolutely amazing,always very polite staff and yes maybe sometimes there's a little waiting but it is to be expected as it is very busy and they go as quick as they can.some people just clearly love to leave a negative comment and make a fuss over nothing.but for me it's perfect I wont eat anywhere else.i love the liver and mash with veg or lamb shoulder they are my faves highly recommend those to anyone.food always comes piping hot and the pub itself is lovely and warm and I feel the cold very easily and never had a issue with it not being warm in thier.i would give 10stars if possible.lovely food lovely staff lovely pub.what is thier not to like and good price to.👍mrs tracy simm.

Fabulous food & atmosphere. We come here every week largely because the waiting on staff are excellent- nothing is too much trouble. Hope the landlord pays decent wages to retain current staff as they are the backbone of this establishment.

I had a family get together in the orangery at the plough in 15.6.19 for my 40th birthday, it was excellent. Alicia the manager was outstanding from start to finish and couldn’t do enough for us. All the guests commented on how nice and fresh the food was (buffet). The orangery was decorated beautifully too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much for making my birthday extra special
