Complete shysters

I would advise against using this shop, took weeks for my grandson to get two of the three items he paid for. When I could finally get hold of Mark to explain that one of the parts wasn’t in the box he just didn’t want to know and said only two were paid for. My grandson was charged (£90) and wasn’t given a receipt.

Outstanding customer service going way and beyond the call for duty to there customers

The service I received from the Pitt stop was outstanding and second to none I cannot fault there customer service and aftercare, they go out of there way to make your experience with them a good and comfortable one there business is reliable and well managed, they always take time and pleasure looking after there customers, and the quality of service is outstanding. I would go out of my way to recommend them to any customer wanting to purchase a bike or needing a service or MOT and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service at such short notice, professional and helpful

Fantastic service and very helpful, They did a service on my bike for me at very short notice and very professionally. Couldn't have been more helpful and I will be using them again for any other service work in the future. Thank you.

Worst bike shop in South Wales

Took my bike to this garage on a Wednesday and they told me it would be fixed by Friday, I kept ringing them on the Friday to find out if my bike was ready to be collected and they kept me waiting for it until the following Wednesday, a whole week for my bike back, they told me over the phone it would cost £140, when I arrived at the garage they tried charging me with £180. When I confronted them about the price going up he had an attitude with me, terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody, it’s been a month since they repaired my bike and it’s back to the way it was, unable to start and battery constantly needs charging, ridiculous and will never be using this company again.
