The Piano Doctor

Mark studied at The University of Western Ontario's Piano Technology Programme under the tutelage of one of Canada's foremost piano technicians, Don Stephenson. While studying in Canada, Mark also spent his time helping to maintain the university's 150 pianos, and attending seminars (Mason & Hamlin Piano Factory (Boston), Steinway Hall & The Yamaha Performers' Studio (New York)) given by some of the leading piano technicians in N. America. He has since revisited The University of Western Ontario as a guest lecturer.

Mark offers expert piano tuning & repair throughout N.I. He can count among his clients The Belfast Film Festival, BBC London, BBC N.I., The City of Belfast School of Music, The School of Creative Arts @ Magee College, The Mac Theatre, Belfast Metropolitan College, The Hastings Hotel Group, and Belfast City Hall. He maintains pianos for many churches in the province including St. Anne's Cathedral, Down Cathedral and Christ Church, Derry.

Methodist College Belfast, Victoria College, Lagan College & The Royal Belfast Academical Institution are among the many schools who call upon his expertise, and he is the Piano Technician for Belfast exam centres for Trinity College, London.
