So worth it!

I'd never seen a physio before and felt rather anxious, but the constant aching around my knee made me make that first appointment. And I'm so glad that I did. Aaron took time to listen and then examine. He gave me targeted exercises to address the problem - you need to put the work in! - and it was also very helpful to understand better the complex nature of pain. After three sessions I'm not completely 'ache free' but I am 'anxiety free' and really appreciate the professional help and support I've received from Aaron.

Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment with Aaron as my hip kept partially dislocating, due to Hypermobility. He observed that some of my muscles were not engaging and gave me various exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles around the joint, to hold everything in place. It's been much better since. He also noticed an issue with how I sit, that no-one has pointed out before and explained how to correct it.
I am very impressed with his knowledge and highly recommend!

Professional, friendly and great results

I went to see Mr Physio/ Aaron due to pretty significant pain in my knee that id had for a number of years. I was a little sceptical it's be worth it as if see another physio in the past with little result. I'm delighted to say I was wrong! Whilst I'm not completely free of pain the treatment has hugely helped alleviate a lot of and made it much more comfortable day to day. A very professional and welcoming business and definitely recommend

I saw Aaron regarding a troublesome ankle injury that has been going on for ages. He was very thorough in his examination, and also very reassuring, giving me some specific exercises to do for my recovery. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of professional treatment and positive advice.
