Retrieved photographs from a badly damaged phone - not saved to card

Once again the phone shop came to my rescue. Had a fall and did some serious damage to the software in the phone. They spent some considerable time in trying to retrieve my photographic data which was saving to the phone and not the card. Nearly 16000 photographs. They were able to transfer the data over using the operating system of a similar Samsung to a new card. A total life saver. Cant thank them enough as they tried all ways trying to retrieve it and eventually finding a solution.

Bad experience i ever had in that shop. ,Bad experience

Absolutely ashamed the lads who work there. Rude as anything. Told me I couldn't buy a phone from their shop because I am a child. I am 24 years old. Ridiculous behaviour, when i am going to be speaking to the manager about how i badly i was mistreated and my partner as well! I am definitely not going there again.

I have used this shop a few times now and as yet never had a problem with any work carried out on my phone.
Always a good honest service, I would not hesitate to recomend this shop.
Staff are very good and always give price on work before starting the job.
Very happy working mobile phone user. ***** star.
