The Paint & Body Clinic

5 days I got quoted for my car to be fixed. Nope, 4 1/2 weeks later!! Lost out on 3 days worth of work having to go back and forth to collect my car from the paint and body clinic. Every time I went to collect it they tried palming it off on me with new dints and damage. They even missed the paint off the edge of a panel which I noticed straight away! Managers response “oh I didn’t even notice that myself”. Saying they would replace items but instead just using the old parts! Beware, they also have staff who look up customers private information just to add a 19 year old girl on social media! If you want to speak to a manager he will refuse to come out of his office to speak to you and claims it’s nothing to do with him. You then have aggressive, arrogant sales managers who have no clue how to speak to customers. Overall, waste of time and worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! Also left me with a car dirtier than when it went in! Shocking.
