Change of diet

About a month ago I had a diet consultation with Gemma and her diet plan for me has changed things for the better for me on so many levels. I was having problems getting to sleep, waking up in the middle of the night, painful periods, really bad skin problems and sluggish energy levels. BUT after a week I saw a real difference and now I'm sleeping, i don't need painkillers for my periods which i've needed for years, my skin has cleared up making me feel so much more confident and happy, and my energy levels are balanced. I'm a lot more relaxed and have energy until i'm ready to go to bed and sleep soundly :-)
