If I could give this company 100 stars I would. I can’t rate this service highly enough. Alex was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and courteous the whole way through the process of getting advice, recovery and repairs done. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain what needed doing in the phone and all his updates and videos as he did the job. I’d suffered an awful service from the AA and a few mechanics before I found him (as a recommendation from a colleague) and subsequently, feel all the more grateful for the reassuring and honest service that he provided. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and highly experienced you’re in good hands!

My car came to a complete stop on my way to work, I called The One 2 Call Recovery and was greeted by Alex ( the owner), he advised me he can come out and put his diagnostic machine on and check for the fault incase it was something silly, Alex quoted me for the diagnostics and quoted separately for the recovery, it was such a good price I couldn't say no. He was with me within 20 minutes and straight away got down to it, he was very knowledgeable and advised me it needed recovery (I was expecting it), I didn't have a garage to take it to but Alex said he can repair the fault as he's a mechanic by trade. PERFECT! He recovered my car back to his garage and kept me informed of the costs, by the time I finished work my car was fixed and driving better than before.
Without a doubt I will be using Alex again for both my cars and sending all my friends his way.
