lost lock nut key

I arranged a day and time for Jimmy to come and remove my lock nuts as I had lost my lock nut key. He texted 15 minutes before he was due to arrive, to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived on time, He went straight to work and had all my lock nuts removed and the replacement ones, which I provided installed in under 40 minutes.
A very professional and tidy job with no damage to my alloys, I would have no problem in recommending his services to anyone who is in a similar situation.
