Fantastic pub abd the perfect wedding reception venue

We had our wedding reception here a couple of years ago and the venue was perfect. They have the largest beer garden in newcastle, a large grassed area with tables and a kids playground, on site parking. It's close to Fawdon metro station and far enough out of the city to be quiet.

The staff could not have been more helpful, all very friendly and willing to help, we threw a lot of ideas at them and they were happy to accomodate.

The pub itself is a typical country pub, looks good and serves good food. The upstairs function room has it's own toilets and bar. We had around 30 people there comfortably with sweet buffet tables and a bit of a dance floor inside the room. There's plently of space outside the room for a food buffet.
