No where near as good as I was expecting. This place is very average and not worth the higher than normal prices. My technician did not engage with me and kept singing along to the songs in a very out of tune manner. The majority of other clients who came in were offered a drink but I wasn’t- make it consistent. As for my nails, I have had them done so much better at other places. The acrylic was thick and a very strange shade of pink. The technician also used a strange technique of pushing on the acrylic with their thumbs to ‘make it straight’ but this was very uncomfortable and has left me with uneven nails. However, I would say the technician hand drew the french tip and I can not fault that. The salon was clean and some of the staff were very friendly and chatty. Overall I wouldn’t spend extra money coming here when other, more reasonably priced places do better.

Got my nails done for an event last year and asked for quite an intricate design and my nail technician did a brilliant job! The time put into them was very much appreciated. It was more on the expensive side but totally worth it! I got so many compliments on them :)

Travelled from Kingston for my mani and nail art (had previously been visiting a salon in central London). Was impressed with how helpful the girls were on the phone before visiting. Due to traffic I was 15 mins late for appt but they were still super accommodating. Fantastic range of gel colours and nail accessories. All the staff and owner (whom was visibility encouraging of her team) are professional, give great advice and extremely friendly - makes visiting a pleasure. And thanks to Jess for doing a great job on my nail art. I have already booked a further two appt for mani and pedi and will be looking to get LVL - very pleased with the selection of treatments and all round service. Lovely decor and I noticed they do some great offers and packages for girlie and mum/daughter visits. With a great saving on the over-inflated London salon prices but with the same level of talent - it makes this place a no-brainer!

I LOVED it and so did my mother and sister. I have been there for years and recommended it to family. The owner is lovely and the new manager is super nice. The staff are overall friendly. I don’t understand why this salon would even get 1star... people must be blind.. I agree with most people and I give them

All the girls are lovely, they do a really thoughtful job on whatever treatment you have and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. It's the best beauty salon I've ever been too. They offer a quality experience with lots of pampering.
