we went to pawn in a gold Samsung s7 edge with a black fold round wallet case one of your staff proceeded to tell us she was extremely hungover still felt drunk and shouldn't of drank on a school night took our belongings including a Samsung tab a tablet and came round to the side desk to get the passwords to remove the google accounts as she did so she took the gold Samsung out of its phone case and then took them back into the back on arrival to collect the items the phone was no longer in its case we went back into the store to be told it had no case which it 100% did as was for an autistic 9 year old who tends to get excited so has a glass screen protector and an all-round wallet cover for the phone they said they would check CCTV and get back to us which they didn't so after numerous phone calls they was frustrated and said they had looked at CCTV and there wasn't a case I've asked for managers number to contact with no reply still so last option will be to report the store.

Lady manager extremely rude. i helped a friend return a faulty tv that should have been tested before sale. Manngers reply was some slip through the net. i am now not allow back because i know my right very unprofessional

I would go even lower if I could. They rob you off I would avoid this shop.My partner went to sell something they told him they go of eBay so we checked the prices and because we had done research they messed about. Just because something hadn’t sold for 2 years offered us the most ridiculous price ever when my partner went back 2 days later they deducted another £5 of the price. They are a joke not the first time they have given us such low prices they need to start being more honest with customers and stop ripping people of such shady people.

The consoles and mobiles are the best price in town! I did a trade in on a mobile and got the best price 👍 Highly recommend above all other shops in Farnworth !
