Our business was set up after the director suffered a severe RTA that left him in a bad way but through lots of help and support from friends, family and medical staff using many of the aids we sell he fought his way back and is helping his community through our Chatham store.

We sell what the customer needs and not what looks good in our bank account.

We have mobile engineers on 24 hr Callout.

We have a stairlift wing of the business and do home assessments.

Our customers are our friends and are looked after for life.

We sell and hire.

Since I had an appointment to pick-up my scooter, my son had taken the day off work to take me to the shop. (My daughter-in-law also rearranged her schedule.) When we arrived, the shop was closed! No one contacted me to prevent me from coming. I called to find out what had happened but there was no answer. It wasn't until the next day I got a hold of someone. I was told he had closed very early and just didn't bother to let me know. Again my son (and daughter-in-law) had to take another day off work to take me to get the scooter. We told the guy at the shop how much he had disrupted our schedules. Even though he apologized, he made NO offer to make it up to us. (E.g. Discount voucher for future purchase,…) Since I had already paid him in full the week before, it didn't matter to him making an 90 year old man travel in the heat, and inconvenience my family for his unprofessionalism.

The young man in the mobility hub took time to listen to my needs and found the right scooter for me!
He wasn't interested in selling me an expensive scooter but was more concerned that i brought the right one for me!
He asked lots of questions that led him to finding me the perfect scooter.
Highly recommended hub
