The Mindset Clinic was founded by Rebecca Sanderson Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner & Coach.

We love helping people deal rapidly & effectively with any issues or problems they may be facing & believe everyone is entitled to live a happy, healthy life. However, some people feel as if they’ve become stuck, some don’t know what they want, & some know what they want, they just don’t know how to get it. If this sounds like you, then you are not alone.

We've made it our mission to help people, like you, who want more from life to be able to make changes to the way they think, feel & behave, so that they can start living rather than existing. Using evidence based techniques to “re-wire” your brain we can help you live the life you want to live.

Excellent and helped me enormously

I had an issue that I was unable to deal with myself and I was struggling. I saw Rebecca’s profile online and thought she looked approachable. She rang me and we had a chat. I was comfortable to go ahead and I had two appointments. Rebecca was very supportive and I was quickly able to put the past behind me and move forward Ina positive way. I highly recommend her.

Fear of flying is a thing of the past for my daughter, thanks to the Mindset Clinic!

My daughter developed a fear of flying 4 yrs ago (aged 8 yrs old) after turbulent flights in & out of Majorca. It became so bad for her that last summer we decided to avoid flying altogether and drove to the south of France for our holiday. We spoke about her trying hypnotherapy and she decided she wanted to give it a try so I contacted the Mindset Clinic. Rebecca was very informative and explained everything fully. My daughter felt at complete ease during her 2 hour session with Rebecca and came out feeling 'excited' about our trip to Majorca at the end of July. So, did it work?? I honestly wasn't expecting miracles but I could not believe how amazing the difference was from 2 yrs ago!!! She has completely overcome her fear and 'really enjoyed' the flight home - she even suggested a longer flight next year to the Canary Islands! Thank you so much Rebecca for literally changing my daughters life - it's the best money we have ever spent.

The Mindset Clinic helped me get back on track.

Rebecca at the Mindset Clinic really helped get myself and my career back on track. As a creative Freelancer life can sometimes be tough. Not enough work, knock backs and missing out on those big jobs you long for. After a while you can get very disillusioned with the way your career is going, frustrated, lack confidence and you cannot see where everything is going wrong. Rebecca refocused my aims and goals, helped break down the barriers that had built up over the years that were stopping me fulfilling my full potential. She "unlocked" my inner confidence, self belief and self worth that were always there but had over the years slowly been chipped away at. If you have a similar problem then I cannot recommend Rebecca and the Mindset Clinic highly enough. Just after a couple of sessions I felt re-energised and really able to get on with the things needed to get my career back on track.
