WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE, RUDE, BAD ATTITUDE! I left my jacket at this hotel after a business trip. I called the hotel the same day, a lady identified my jacket and told me to e-mail my address and it would be sent to me and i could reimburse the postage + labour costs. A week past and i still had not received my jacket or any contact. I rang again, the man on the phone had no recollection about the situation. He then asked me to call back the next day between 9-4. I didn't have time to call between these times and called back around 5pm. The man on the phone was really rude; "i told you to call back at this time, surely you can do this". I rang back the next day (two weeks had past) and got Chris Florides (Manager & Owner) who said this was not one of their services (despite being told they would post it) and he didn't feel like posting it anymore and i had to write a letter of apology. In the end i ended up sending a courier and i got my jacket back.

Quirky Hotel

Weird and wonderful - an experience.
We ignored the tile missing on the front and the strange hall and persisted in seeing the dining hall, garden and bedrooms. I'd say the best parts are the garden and dining hall. The bedrooms are varied in every way, style, and quality, so check you get one which is acceptable.
If you want bright, bland and clean go to a chain hotel. If you want bizarre and amazing decor and the owner's father, who is building the new gym, and built everything in mock-gothic style, ignoring you while playing wonderful piano music but quite friendly if you are brave enough to speak to him - this place is for you. There are missing tiles and crumbling bits of wood but also large TV screens in bedrooms. Fraying carpet on the top landing but bright neon blue lighting downstairs lighting the arches and mirrors making the place seem twice as large.
I can see why some love it and some hate it. Suggest before booking you check it out and see if it's your style.
