The Loveshack

Durham is a student city but it doesn't have the greatest array of clubs from which to choose. Loveshack is one of a small selection but it is still a pretty decent night out. The club is relatively big and can get quite packed with queues sometimes stretching far out of the doors. Entrance is usually not too expensive with £3 being the upper limit during the week and you can often get free entry by subscribing to the facebook group.

The music is normally commercial, R&B, dance and anything that is in the charts meaning it is a welcome escape from quite a lot of the other cheesy music nights in Durham. Loveshack also often has other entertainment on such as stilt-walkers, dancers, fire eaters etc. etc.
