Good shop but never open when needed

Its agreat wee shop in ayr that easy enough to get to.
Good with knowledge and care for reptile and other types of stock he has for sale in the shop.
Only reason I have such a low rating Is due to never being open when it during the opening times.
Over last year I have tried many times to go between 12-130pm to get what I need from his shop.
The shop should be open from the times stated .
As with it being the only pet shop that specialises in reptile in ayrshire alot of people depend on his service.
