Shocking customer experience, do not use them. Overpriced, poor products, diabolical customer service, the company cannot even spell complaint in their complaints process, not that they actually adhere to it anyway. The worst purchase I have ever made. If you want to spend over 18 months fitting a door, hours of your life correcting their mistakes, be ignored by them, go for it. You could not make up the errors and issues we've had, 5 door frames, condensation between the glass, rusty fittings, debris swept into our drains, incorrect paper work, incorrect measurements, damp because they left half finished doors with us all through winter, leaking door frame, leaking letter box, paint spots left on the door... don't use them.

London Door Company do make nice doors, but at a high cost - ours cost over £3K.

So when something recently went wrong after 7 years, I was more than disappointed to find out that their 10 year warranty is now useless / void for anyone who made a purchase before 2017 (when the company changed hands)... and this will happen again if they are sold on again.

Please think twice before buying from this company. I would never buy from them again.

I would not recommend this company at all. After a very lengthy delivery time due to salesman not putting the order through the first door was too small, the second door came without glass so when they tried to put the old glass in it smashed, they forgot some of the door furniture and when they said they would paint it as compensation the painter said they had asked him to only paint the beading. That’s on top of me having to foot the bill for the damage the team did to the paintwork in the first visit. All in all a very poor experience added to which the customer service number is chargeable so it has cost a fortune in phone calls to try and sort out.

If I can give no star to this company I would do for the significantly poor service and quality provided. In January 2019, I obtained a quote from this company which after few days they didn't want to recognise; however I did push that I was promised a special discount and they had no choice but to offer that to me. I shall have taken this as an indication of poor customer experience.
Then, they mixed the installation days, which meant that I lost two days of work.
In addition, they fitted the door completely wrong and I had to organise two additional visits to ensure the door was fitted correctly. This took approximately 1 month to resolve after the door was fitted. Finally, a month after this our door was completely stock and I had to pay additional £170 to resolve the problem with a handyman. In all these instances, when I tried to reach out customer service I had no quick response from them, They were always unavailable and took weeks to respond. Don't use them!

We recently had a new front door installed and leaded glass fitted to the fan light above the door. The door looks impressive and functions perfectly. The leaded glass is truly beautiful and the overall experience has been first-rate from beginning to end. We also added sound-proofing panels to the inside of the door and re-used the brass work from the original door. It is a joy to have a draught-proof, insulated door that is secure with quality locks, that opens and shuts properly and which is impressive to touch and use every day. The carpenters and tradesmen were all courteous and on-time and clearly know what they are doing. The leaded glass is a close copy of the original glass and replaced ugly security glass. We are extremely pleased with the end result. After-sales support has been tremendous. This has been a pain-free exercise. Money well spent. I highly recommend the London Door Company for a quality service.
