I have had lots of work done by Jim and John at The Loft (re-upholstery, carpet cleaning etc) They have to be among THE most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to do work for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

We dropped into The Loft after deciding to have our deliciously comfortable sofas and footstool reupholstered rather than buying new. Jim is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He advised us to take some swatches and have a chat over coffee. (This was the most difficult part - we were spoilt for choice!) Decision made! Communication was excellent from start to finish with tantalising photos and videos sent throughout the process. What we now have is unique lounge furniture specific to our taste and needs. It cost us less than buying new and is superior quality and bespoke to us. Turnaround was also amazingly great. What is not to love?
