Don’t even bother. After measuring up, he never got back to me with a quote. He ignores my phone calls and texts. What a waste of a day holiday I booked off.

Unreachable and unreliable

Luke arrived on Jan 7th to have a look and quote. Had to chase up via text for the unsent quote on Jan 13th. Sent follow up e-mails to confirm the work on the 16th, 21st and 26th Jan without reply. No reply to text message sent on 30th Jan to advertised mobile number ending '8807'. He's quick enough to defend poor reviews, though. Will look elsewhere for someone more reliable.
